Yay.. exams finally over and can start to blog ler !! Last blogged 1 month ago.. lol.. holidays are jus around the corner but cant enjoy much cos next yr O levels ler.. haiz.. anyway.. Would u have guessed that blue ice cream was actually mango flavour!? And purple ice cream was orange flavour? Our second group photo after gobbling up the ice creams !! Look at the stack of cups we have on the table !~ :) All of the ingredients are shown in the picture.. see if u can spot them !!
Yesterday 10 of us went to Nanyang Poly for an ice cream workshop to learn how to MAKE ICE CREAM !!!!
GETTING STARTED !! Everyone of us had to put on a disposable apron with some sort of hair net.. =.=
i tink the hair net is to prevent dandruff frm poisoning our food bahx.. =p
10 mins into our work and we are doing well !! lol..
we needed, sugar, gelatine, vanilla essence, egg, water and erm.. forget liao.. =)
WAHHH!! Pls dun be soVIOLENT when using the beater !! One tip:
Never leave the beater of the bowl before its stops spinning or else you'll get mixture
SPRAYED all over yr shirt/blouse !!
All 10 of us after tasting our ice cream.. it tasted absolutely heavenly !! :) SMILE !!
We then had to do a sensory evaluation.. which means we were given different ice-creams of different colours and had to guess wad flavours they were after tasting them !!
